I just had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right next to the train station and in the heart of Sorrento. The rooms come with nice balconies, which was a lovely touch but the prices could be a bit more competitive. The service was top-notch with fantastic housekeeping and a very welcoming atmosphere. However, dining options were a bit limited, and tours or ticket assistance could have been more helpful. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.
